Rolf Kunz

Senior Consultant

Rolf Kunz a certified mechanical engineering draftsman/constructor worked in his first six years of employment in renown Swiss industrial companies as a constructor and developer of prototypes.

His further career led him to Vienna in 1994. As proprietor and manager he established and directed a well-known gastronomy business and sold it in 2001.

Further training in project-management and assignments as a coach in sales, communication, team-development and employee motivation, brought him back to Switzerland in 2004.

2006 he switched to personnel consulting as a HR-consultant. Thanks to his broad and wide-ranging experience, he acquired good knowledge of human nature and is a sensitive dialogue partner, concerning acquisition of the needs and requirements of potential candidates and business companies as well.

Continuing education to a HR-expert completes his curriculum vitae. As a senior consultant of the B-Consulting Group AG, he focused on mandates from the industry, in the areas of management, sales, marketing, engineering and logistics. He is fluent in German and English.
